Emma is a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change. In 2019, she founded Red Elephant, a coaching and learning experience designed to equip leaders and their teams with the tools to inspire, lead, and create lasting impact in their communities.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing across Asia Pacific, Europe, and global markets—including leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation—Emma has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
Her recent achievements include spearheading I Am Here, a corporate mental health and well-being program in Australia and New Zealand, which improved outcomes for organisations like Super Retail Group, Woolworths Group, Lactalis, and Darrell Lea.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Emma is deeply committed to supporting others. She has trained and volunteered as a Lifeline counselor, studied at Nature Care College, and remains active in community volunteering and fundraising. Currently, she is contributing her expertise to the charity The United Project Foundation, driving its go-to-market strategy to advance mental health and well-being within workplaces.
